At one time this was edged with two ears at the top of the niche, and two torches at the sides in the decorative stucco work.

VIII.7.28 Pompeii. Inscribed dedications were found in the sanctuary.

These were on the bases of the herm of Norbanus Sorex, of the statue of Dionysus and of the statue of Isis, and on the floor of the Ekklesiasterion.

N(umerius) Popidius Ampliatus, N(umerius) Popidius Celsinus, and Corelia Celsa, the donators, were father, son and mother.
